Group Tickets

• All group sales orders must be processed through the Group Sales Department
• Payment on all group reservations must be made at least two (2) weeks prior to the event. PeoplesBank Arena has the right to cancel group reservations if full payment is not received by the specified date.
• Group tickets will no longer be available three (3) days before the first showing of an event. 
• All sales are final once payment is received. There are no exchanges or refunds. 

It's easy! Contact our Group Sales team at 860-548-2000 or submit a Group Sales Inquiry above through our website. A Group Sales representative will help you select an event, review available seating & pricing, and coordinate your group reservation.

Groups of 10 or more may be eligible for Group Sales pricing. Group minimums and discounts can vary by event, so contact our Group Sales team to learn more about available offers.

Your Group Sales representative will provide payment instructions when your reservation is made. Full payment for group reservation will vary by event.

Once final payment is made, we cannot make any adjustments. Additional tickets can be added up until 1 week before the event date, but is based on availability. Because policies can vary by event and reservations are subject to payment deadlines, we recommend finalizing your group size as early as possible.

Tickets will be delivered once full payment is received and instructions will be shared by the Sales Representative for you to access your tickets through AXS FanAccount. 

All sales are final. Please be sure of your event, event date & time, and ticket quantity before submitting final payment. If you group size changes before the payment deadline, contact Group Sales as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Yes, PeoplesBank Arena offers accessible seating options for guests who are in need of accommodations. If members of your group require wheelchair accessible or limited mobility seating, or other accommodations, please let your Group Sales representative know when making your reservation so we can help find the best available seating.

Children 2 years and older need tickets for events. Children under 2 years old, do not need a ticket as long as they will sit on a parent/ guardian’s lap.
