Lead Facility Worker
Under general supervision of Operations Management, the Lead Facility Worker is responsible for ensuring set-up and tear downs for events are completed according to specifications in a safe and timely manner. Responsible for the basic maintenance and upkeep of both the building and property, the Lead Facility Worker must also assist in the oversight of all tasks assigned to Facility Workers.
Staff Accountant
The Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting with maintaining the accuracy and integrity of all aspects of financial and accounting activities. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with some accounting experience to gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative professional. As a Staff Accountant, you will assist in daily and month-end accounting tasks, contribute to the preparation of financial reports, support the overall financial operations of the company.
Director of Security
The Director of Security is responsible for managing a team of one Full-Time Guest Services & Security Manager and all part-time Security Supervisors and Guards, and Guest Services Supervisors and Event Staff. Primary responsibility is ensuring a safe, secure, welcoming and comfortable entertainment experience for our guests by planning, monitoring, directing, delegating, controlling, and managing all functions of the guest services & security department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, personnel management, risk management, loss prevention, fire/life safety, security/safety training, guest services oversight, investigations, work with show touring Security counterparts, budgeting, lost and found, customer service, emergency preparedness, and disaster prevention.

Guest Services Event Staff
As a member of the Guest Services Team, you will be an essential part of the Guest experience and help build memories that last a lifetime. In this role, you will wear many different hats and have the potential to work in several different areas of the arena. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to ushering, ticket scanning, concourse customer service, greeter. You will have the opportunity to assist our guests by offering directions and sharing information while creating a World Class experience. Your job will be to keep our fans safe and informed while still maintaining a fun and friendly atmosphere.
Event Security
This position is responsible for ensuring the safety of all guests at the PeoplesBank Arena and Pratt & Whitney Stadium.
Lead Custodian
The part-time Lead Custodian is responsible for ensuring PeoplsBank Arena meets or exceeds standards of cleanliness to the utmost in guest satisfaction before, during, and after all events. Lead Custodians must aid in the oversight of all custodial work.
Overnight Changeover Crew
Overnight Change Over Crew, will primaryily work overnight. They are responsible for ensuring set-up and tear downs for events are completed according to specifications in a safe and timely manner. They are also responsible for basic maintenance and upkeep of both the building and property. Facilities workers must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he/she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skill and abilities.
